We cater to couples and their taste in music while offering a wide selection of our own from our 20+ years of experience in nightlife and private events. Our music app allows newlyweds to hear the actually hear the songs they want while organizing their wedding day timeline. Our DJs cater to their taste in music as they keep the dance floor moving. We offer multiple state-of-the-art sound systems for various setups and wireless microphones for ceremonies/ toasts and provide impeccable communication throughout your wedding planning journey. We truly love to help couples create their vision so they are confident that everything will be as they envisioned. 

We also work with some great string musicians and offer DJ/Hybrid experiences.  We offer enhancements like lighting and photo booth options as well.

Myself and a couple of our MCs are bilingual and also speak Spanish.

As a DJ for 24 years who has travelled the world as an underground deep house DJ in my early days, I fell in love with weddings because I fell in love with my clients.  I find the energy at weddings to always be AMAZING which just makes for an all around fun dance floor experience.  It's an amazing gift to be able to tell a couples story through music on the most special day of their lives!

One of my favorite wedding moments was witnessing the bride play air guitar with her father during the father and daughter dance.  This bride literally didn't even sit down to eat her dinner!  She stood at her table shaking and dancing while getting some bites in of her food.  And watching her and her father on the floor on their knees dancing to AC/DC was just so entertaining!  

Another fond memory was watching a couple do their first dance with so much swag!  The groom was a swing dance instructor and his moves were priceless.  Not to mention a lot of his guests were swing dancers as well so it was a Benny Goodman kind of night!

As owner/DJ of TCM DJ Events, I come from underground deep house/disco.  I have a killer vinyl collection and even produced deep house with international success.  I would say as a latina from Queens I definitely specialize in latin music and all american music. 

That said, I am a New Yorker who lived the nightlife before I started DJing so Hip hop, dancehall, Brazilian, top 40, Bollywood, Motown, oldies, 90's, 80's, 70's, early 2000 throwbacks.  I even have amazing Polish covers disco classics!  We have done it all!  Persian weddings, K-pop, Armenian, Greek....the list goes on!

I also have an amazing team of female DJs like myself who have similar backgrounds as me when it's comes to their DJ careers.  

I founded TCM DJ Events after working for another wedding DJ agency while I was getting my masters in music education.  I got so busy DJing with this company and so I decided to start my own when they said I would have to invest in my own equipment.  I knew it would be a multi operation right away since I know so many other amazing DJs the would benefit from DJing private events.  I have a small selection of DJs since they are all personal friends of mine that I would trust to DJ my own wedding.

As I continued to grow and started hiring string musicians that I worked with and went to H.S. with (I went to LaGuardia H.S).  I started out as a pianist and singer in my youth so I also have some musician friends.

One of my DJs works with her brother who is an A/V and M/C and introduced me to his partner who also does A/V, photobooth and lighting.  So I often work with them as well for our bigger events when we need a full production.  

TCM stand for Tasteful, Classy & Memorable since for me it is always about the music and I believe the music should speak for itself.

One question I get A LOT from clients who are having a day time wedding is, will people dance at my brunch wedding?  The answer is YES!  We alwasy get them up!

I am the proud fur baby mama of a Great Pyrenees, maltipoo, mainecoon and tabby.  So I am a dog AND cat person.  My favorite thing to do is walk on the beach with my dogs in Puerto Rico during the winters since I llive there with my partner during the winters and in Montauk during  the fall.  Since most of my youth was spent in a nightclub I don't go out so often but will still check out some llive shows and DJs from time to time.  I love being inspired by other musicians.
