Introduction

Hi! I’m Faith, owner of Code Bleu Music & Entertainment (formerly Skyline Orchestras), alongside my partner and dad, Sean. We’re a family-run live music company offering three distinct wedding bands — Code Bleu, Rhapsody, and Skyline — so couples can choose the sound, style, and price point that fits their vision best.

We truly love helping couples feel confident and excited about their music choices. Our bands are established working groups made up of seasoned, professional musicians who know how to read a room, keep the energy just right, and make the planning process easy, collaborative, and fun! From the first conversation to the final song of the night.

We host free monthly showcases so you can experience our bands live before making any commitments. If you’d prefer something more personal, you can also book a one-on-one Zoom call with my dad and me. We’re happy to walk you through the details and help make your celebration a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The Wedding Industry

I grew up around this business. My parents built Code Bleu over 25 years ago and spent a lifetime playing side by side, creating unforgettable celebrations and a reputation rooted in great music and genuine care for their couples. When my mom retired and I stepped in to work alongside my dad, my love for this work only deepened.

What I love most about the wedding industry is being part of a moment that truly matters. We get to help couples bring their vision to life. Whether that means learning a meaningful song, making special announcements, coordinating with photographers, or simply making sure the dance floor stays packed all night.

Music is the heartbeat of a celebration, and being the “fun part” of someone’s wedding day is the best and  something we never take for granted. We show up fully, work hard, and celebrate right alongside you — so your night is one you’ll remember for years to come.

Specialization

Code Bleu Music & Entertainment offers three distinct wedding bands — Code Bleu, Rhapsody, and Skyline — each a fully rehearsed, set working group with consistent members. Our bands range from seven to eleven pieces and cover music from every era, from current hits to classics across pop, rock, R&B, hip-hop, Motown, disco, country, jazz, Latin, and more.

In addition to full bands, we offer specialty ensembles including harpists, string trios and quartets, and various jazz ensembles for ceremonies and cocktail hours. We also provide intelligent lighting and uplighting to enhance the atmosphere of your reception.

Our services include live bands, DJs, MCs, ceremony music, cocktail hour music, after-parties, uplighting, and full liability insurance.

Company History

Founded in 1987 as Skyline Orchestras, Code Bleu Music & Entertainment has provided live music for thousands of weddings and events over the years.

The company is family-owned and operated by Sean and Faith Gillen, who also lead the flagship band, Code Bleu. Today, the company offers three distinct wedding bands:

Code Bleu – A high-energy, premium band known for polished performances, powerful vocals, and packed dance floors.
Rhapsody – An energetic, versatile band offering a wide range of styles and a lively stage presence.
Skyline – A refined, flexible band that blends elegance with fun and works closely with couples to bring their vision to life.

Q: Can we customize the music for our wedding?
Absolutely. We work closely with every couple to create a song list that reflects your tastes, including must-plays, do-not-plays, and specific moments throughout the night.

Q: Will the band learn special songs for our wedding?
Yes! We’re happy to learn meaningful songs for special moments like first dances, parent dances, or other highlights.

Q: Do you handle announcements and coordination during the event?
Yes. Our bandleaders and MCs handle announcements and coordinate with your venue and vendors to keep the night flowing smoothly.

Q: How far in advance should we book our band?
We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially for peak wedding dates, as our bands book well in advance.

Q: Can we see the bands perform live before booking?
Yes! We host free monthly showcases so couples can experience our bands live before making any commitments.

I want to shout out our AMAZING band. When I tell you how many people came up to us and asked where we found them. The dance floor was alive all night long and it wasn't just the young people out there. Everyone was having such a great time. Code Bleu by Skyline Orchestras was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the very first note, they set the tone totally elevated, high-energy, and completely seamless and they never let it drop. Faith and Sean are incredible. Their talent, professionalism, and ability to read a room is truly unmatched. What made them stand out even more was the continuous music. OH MY GOD. When I tell you there wasn’t a single person sitting down when we had a 250 person wedding, it was insane. I am STILL getting compliments on them weeks later. Ross and the band are AMAZING, they played all night long and were absolutely unbelievable. I wish I could have them play for every wedding we go to!!!

Ross and his band were INCREDIBLE! He was amazing to work with and really took into consideration every one of my requests. I had a lot of songs that I didn't want played and had a lot of opinions on the setlist and he listened to everything and delivered exactly what I wanted and more. He brought such a fun personality and vibe to the night. The dance floor was packed and we had the best time. Special shout out to lead singer Jessie- her voice is incredible and if you have the chance to book them you should do it. There really is nothing like a live band but I did have songs they couldn't play and he had no problem having a DJ play them.

We booked Code Bleu right after seeing them perform at a showcase and we’re so glad we did. The dance floor was packed all night! Many of our guests had only experienced DJs at weddings, so this was something a little different and 100% worth the investment. They were amazing and we are so happy we had them at our wedding!

LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING BAND EVER! We attended their showcase and were blown away by the talent and ability to do every genre of music. We are both musicians so we knew we needed the perfect wedding band and they certainly delivered. Our dance floor was PACKED from the second the reception began and it was completely full all night no exaggeration. They learned our special dance songs perfectly and there was music playing from start to finish. They always have someone performing throughout dinner which we loved. They don't play tracks and when you see them at the showcase they guarantee that the same people will be who you get on your wedding day. If you are looking for a band, I promise you will love them.

I have nothing but high praise for this vendor! This was the easiest decision ever to go with Rhapsody as our band. They were great with communication prior and they learned a few songs that we wanted for our father/daughter dance and a private last dance. They helped make our wedding unforgettable! The dance floor was completely full all night and our guests kept complimenting us on our band. The band members even came out onto the dance floor and were dancing/singing with us – truly the best time ever! My husband is a musician, so having a band was a no brainer. Finding them was really his only job during the planning process (lol). His friends got married a few years ago and used another one of Skyline Orchestra’s bands and he really enjoyed them. They were already booked for our date when we reached out, but we actually wound up liking this band a little bit better when we compared them, so it worked out. I think my husband listened to about 15 different bands and he narrowed it down to around 3 or 4 that he had me listen to. Rhapsody really blew everyone else out of the water (to our ears, at least). They were even more amazing in person. They were so on tempo for every song and had such a lively presence. We had an absolute blast dancing to them during our reception. We had such a crowd on the dance floor the entire night which made me so happy. They played a great variety of songs and had taken a few suggestions ahead of time, too. My husband also set up with them ahead of time to join them in playing two songs and it was a-mazinggggg. I had a feeling he was planning something, but I didn’t know exactly what he’d be doing with them, so it was a fun surprise. He had such a good time playing bass up there with them and I think everyone else could feel it too. They supply music for the rest of the day as well, so we had someone playing keyboard before and during the ceremony, and someone playing sax for the cocktail hour. It was a great touch. We got a ton of compliments on the band and we would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Rhapsody with skyline orchestras: A++++++ They literally made our wedding! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them and told us they were the best band they have ever heard!  At some point in the night I forgot we even had a band? I just heard amazing music playing, that’s how good they are. Greg, the band leader, was lovely to work with and was so amazing and responsive to all our questions! Love them!!!! They even worked with us on incorporating some traditional Georgian/Russian music for my husband’s side of the family.  They were awesome and so so talented!

My husband and I knew right away after seeing Code Bleu at an intimate band showcase that they would be perfect for us. All of their musicians are very talented and can play everything from classics to current hits. You can tell they love what they do and are having fun. Our guests keep talking about how much fun they had dancing at our wedding. The dance floor was packed and it felt like it was your own private concert. Sean (guitarist) was amazing to work with throughout the whole process and made everything stress-free. Our first dance song was not common so the band learned it from scratch and absolutely nailed it! Sounded exactly like the actual song and was so beautiful.
