From the moment you contact us, to the return from your honeymoon, expect to be treated like royalty. Sir Oliver Limousine prides itself on owning its vehicles. This means that the vehicle you book for your special day will be the same vehicle that shows up on time and clean. 

As the recommended house limousine company for some of Long Island’s premier catering halls, we would be honored to treat you like royalty on your special day. Your wedding day is unique and deserves special attention- that is why we recommend you contact one of our honest wedding representatives that can help create a tailored package to meet your needs and budget. When planning your transportation, the key is good communication. Planning a wedding can be stressful, we are here to help you with the transportation part of it. Don't think of it as "scary" or "confusing". Give us a call and we will walk you through the logistics answering any and all questions you might have. 

Most wedding planning guides suggest that you plan your wedding transportation 3 to 6 months in advance; Sir Oliver Limousine suggests that you inquire with several limousine companies and make your decision once you find a reputable company that you feel comfortable with as well as finding the right limousine for your needs. If your wedding is during the busier months you should book your transportation at least 1 year ahead. A small deposit of 1/3rd is due upon booking and the balance is due the day of the wedding.

Once you book your wedding with Sir Oliver Limousine, you can sit back and relax. Also know that the communication doesn't stop there. We are always available to help with any questions or changes that might come up. A representative will contact you the week of your wedding to do a detailed confirmation and put you at ease knowing that the limousine(s) will show up on time, and at the right location.

When your chauffeur arrives the day of your wedding, they will be more than just your “driver”. Imagine them as your mobile bridal attendant. Upon the arrival of your chauffeur, you will be asked if you have all the necessary items needed for the day, i.e. rings, marriage certificate. Your chauffeur will work closely with your photographer & Maitre 'd. All chauffeurs are knowledgeable of all Suffolk, and Nassau county roadways as well as NYC. Equipped with the tools & skills needed to ensure maximum safety and reliability.

Company History

Sir Oliver Limousine was established in 1987 and bought by Rich in 2002. Since then, the company has grown tremendously with the help of our wonderful couples! Reviews are an essential party of any business and we appreciate all the couples taking the time to share their experience with us, whether good or bad. Our team of chauffeurs do their best to help make your day a special one, getting you where you need to be safely and on time.

FAQs

Can I see the vehicle(s) before I book?

  • Absolutely! All vehicles are owned by us and are kept in our garage where you will be able to view them comfortably rain or shine. Call to make an appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

How and when is the balance due?

  • The balance is due the day of the wedding in cash or certified check upon pick up. A personal check is accepted 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Credit cards are not accepted for any additional or final payments.

Will the chauffeur during the day be the same as the chauffeur after the reception?

  •  Most likely it will not be the same driver. 

Are the hourly packages consecutive hours?

  • Yes, the minimum 3 hour package is consecutive. If you need a pick up after the reception that is an additional cost.

For our wedding we had a sprinter van and a Rolls-Royce. Although we did not go in the sprinter, I heard great reviews that it was clean and our bridal party had so much fun. Our Rolls-Royce driver John, was the cutest, most kind, & helpful gentleman. He would come up to me during pictures with my make up and my mirror for me to reapply. Every time I would cry he would run over to me with a tissue to pat my eye. The service & kindness that was given was just an important part in making our day & night so special.
