One of the most memorable moments for me was when I had the chance to help a bride get ready before she walked down the aisle. I had worked with her through the entire process – from finding the dress, to fittings, and all the adjustments – and then to be there, just before she stepped into the next chapter of her life, was something I’ll never forget. It was truly an honor to be invited on her wedding day and to have the privilege of seeing her in those final moments before she made her grand entrance.

Simply White Bridal is a bridal boutique founded by Eline Bertsch, a passionate individual with a rich background in the bridal industry. The founder’s journey began at a young age, working in a bridal shop and later pursuing education at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. With experience in fashion design, merchandising, and production, Eline managed Spossabella Lace, where they collaborated with top bridal designers with lace and created custom bridal veils.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?
Appointments are reserved for 1.5 hours. This time includes a consultation to discuss what you are looking for and details of your wedding to help us find the perfect gown for you.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I’VE FOUND MY GOWN?
After you found your dream gown, we will take your measurements to ensure that the best size is ordered. You will be notified by email when your gown is going to be arriving, and you will be able to schedule your first fitting. Typically our brides have 2 to 3 fittings, but every bride is unique. Once alterations are made your gown will be prepared for you to pick up about a week of two before your wedding.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
It is best to bring any inspiration that you have for your wedding day, if possible. We also recommend nude undergarments in order to get a better idea of what the gown might look like on your wedding day. We have a selection of bridal shoes for you to try on or if you have already purchased shoes, please feel free to bring them with you to your appointment.

Ellie & Simply White Bridal are nothing short of amazing! She made a custom veil for me using plain tulle and the lace from my grandmother's wedding dress, and it is incredible! She treated the lace gently and respectfully, helping me remove some of the yellow from age and get it closer to ivory and hand-stitching it to perfection. When the original trim didn't work, she even ordered matching trim and dyed it to match I'm so happy that I have this little piece of Nana as my something old, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Ellie. She's the best!

Not only are there a range of beautiful dresses to try on, but you are the only bride at your appointment and Ellie's knowledge and meaningful feedback really help you narrow down what you like.
