I became a wedding photographer and videographer because I believe that weddings are one of the most important days in a couple's life.  We want to help you and your soon to be spouse capture your love story in a way that you will both cherish for years to come.  We use our skills and experience to create cinematic wedding photography and video that are both beautiful and meaningful.  We're passionate about weddings, and we love helping couples tell their unique story through imagery.

The Wedding Memories

Reflecting on all of my favorite wedding memories, I cannot choose just one. Instead, I will leave you with some wise words.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, so you want to make sure it's exciting and memorable.

Here are a few tips for making your wedding day even more exciting:

  • Forget about the timelines. The day will go by quickly, so don't stress about sticking to a rigid schedule. If you want to take a few extra minutes to soak up the atmosphere or have a longer dance with your dad, go for it! You'll never get this day back, so make the most of it.
  • Don't worry about the vendors. They're professionals and they know what they're doing. If something goes wrong, they'll be able to handle it. So relax and enjoy the show!
  • Let go of the stress. It's normal to feel a little bit stressed on your wedding day, but don't let it consume you. Take a few deep breaths and remind yourself that this is a day to celebrate your love. You're about to marry the person of your dreams, so there's no reason to be stressed!
  • Have fun! This is your day, so make sure you enjoy it. Dance, laugh, and celebrate with the people you love. This is your chance to let loose and have some fun, so don't hold back!

And one last piece of advice:

Don't be afraid to get a little dirty. Jump in the pool, the ocean, or even the bathtub. Your wedding dress or suit will be cleaned up afterwards, and you'll have some great memories to look back on.

Russell the owner of RF FILMS & PHOTOGRAPHY is a three-time Emmy Nominated television producer who has produced over 400 plus hours of network programming for networks such as ABC, CBS, TLC, HGTV, VH1, Travel, Discovery and Food Network just to name a few. We take pride in our extremely down-to-earth customer service throughout the entire client relationship! Like our personalities, our photography and videography style can be described as natural, organic, and honest! Our wedding packages are highly competitive, and we can mold any wedding photography package to fit your needs for your perfect wedding day!

FAQs

Q. Will you ever book another event on the same day as my wedding?

A. No! We believe in quality over quantity, therefore, we are a boutique style business and only book 4-8 events per month! We want to make sure you are our priority. We give you and our product all the attention it needs and deserves in order for it to become your most priceless and treasured gift.

Q. Do we need a second shooter?

A. Yes! Having a second shooter on your wedding day allows you to add tons more images to your final gallery. This includes more coverage during your ceremony, more creative angels during the couple portraits, more points of view during your First Dance- the list goes on!

Q. When will i receive my video?

A. On average; your trailer video will be delivered under 2 months following the event.  The 20-40 minute video will be delivered within 3 months of the event depending on video package is purchased.

Q. Can i buy the raw footage?

A. Yes! We offer raw footage on an external hard-drive for an additional $500, if you get a package that does not already include it. This is a great way to keep all unseen footage, including speeches, and to even change up your video in the future!

Q. When and how will i receive the videos?

A. Features videos will be completed within 6-14 weeks of the event (depending on package purchased). Your films will be delivered to you via online download.

Q. Do you offer services other than weddings?

A. Yes, many more! We do all sorts of events and occasions including; Trash the Dress, engagements, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, quinceaneras, commercial, newborn, children, family, and birth. 

Q. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?

A. We have been in busienss for over 20 years, with over 1000 weddings under my belt, you are in excellent hands! 

Q. On average, photographs will be electronically transmitted to you within 4-8 weeks of the shoot/event.

A. You will receive your photographs via an online gallery with a photo pass. 

Q. When should we meet?

A. As soon as you are ready! The sooner the better, we typically book out 16 months in advance. Fill out the Contact Us form and we will schedule a meeting and you get both started on planning out your wedding day!

Weeks leading up to our wedding, Russell and his team were very organized and attentive in making sure we had a schedule in place for the day of and a list of photos that we wanted captured. Russell even double checked the schedule with me just in case anything changed with hair and makeup or our venue.

Fast forward to our wedding day, the team arrived on time and if not a bit earlier than scheduled. Russell and his team were helping us the whole time, he even ran to grab my lipstick for me when I needed to reapply. The additional photographer and videographer were so friendly and professional they knew how to liven up the room and get the mood going for photos. The team was keeping track of the time and ensured we stayed on schedule.

It makes it that much more comforting  when you know you have great people working with you, and I can honestly say RF Films were amazing and knocked it out of the park. They even had such a quick turnaround for our wedding photos and trailer video. The quality of the photos and our trailer video were breathtaking and the way they captured the whole day will make it truly unforgettable.
