My name is Marc and I am the Founder/CEO of Mark of Elegance. I started in the wedding industry making swans out of apples and ice carvings for a catering hall. It was there that I met the owner of a limousine service who changed my life. I wanted to start my own business and loved the wedding industry so he gave me an opportunity. Now 35 years later, we are LONG ISLAND’S ONLY transportation company that is 100% WEDDINGS EXCLUSIVELY. If the trip isn’t connected to a wedding, we don’t do it.
Specialization
We offer an extremely diversified fleet including Antique Rolls Royces, a Bentley Flying Spur, custom made stretch Escalades and Party Buses, a San Francisco Trolley (the only one of its kind), shuttle buses (some handicap accessible) and coach buses in a variety of sizes for guest transportation.
The Chauffeurs at Mark of Elegance are absolutely value added to your special day. They will arrive early to help with whatever you need put in the vehicle(s) and to offer a calming presence. If you are getting married at a church they will help to seat your guests, space your Bridal Party, fluff your gown and congratulate you as your return up the isle as Husband and Wife. At that time they will organize your receiving line before they pop the cork on your complimentary champagne for your first toast as a married couple. Then it’s off to pictures if your are stopping and then to the party.
If you are having a reception site ceremony, we will arrive to start your day the same way and have special pricing for pick up and drop off service when applicable.

They were reliable in getting us from point A to B, & also the best rate we found when getting quotes from various transportation companies. Our driver & the individuals I spoke with when booking were all very nice & personable. The bus itself was clean & served its purpose.
Great service, the most affordable we could find and super professional. We had a bus pick up all the bridesmaids and groomsmen to bring them to the venue and a separate car picked up me and my MOH. All drivers were professional, polite and dressed for the occasion.
They accommodated us every time we needed to make changes while mapping out the timeline of our day.
We only used them for our ride to the hotel after but it was so nice! Beautiful limo, very nice driver and smooth ride! They were so easy to book!

Fantastic! Arrived on time. A smooth, fun and beautiful ride. We didn't want to get off the trolley because it was just so fun.
They were easy to work with and accommodated us by needing two pickups from the hotel to the venue—myself and my bridal party and my husband and his groomsmen.
Mark of Elegance made everything super easy and I truly believe we got an excellent deal for the amount of hours we needed the shuttle. The driver was punctual, made several trips from the venue to the hotel throughout the night, and waited an extra 30 minutes for us to get on the final shuttle of the night. The shuttle was also very nice, elegant, and clean. Highly recommend!

The Rolls Royce was superb (10/10). Clayton was our driver and he was awesome. He gave us champagne and drove carefully as Andrew and I read our vows to each other in the back of the car. He stuck around until 7 so we could take photos with the car. He was very nice to us and the car was beautiful.

They responded to my emails in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and provided me with direct quotes of service which made the process seamless as I was able to choose the option that worked for my group as well as my budget. All of my guests made friends with the shuttle driver and said the process for them was also extremely easy. We had 3 scheduled trips back to the hotel just in case guests wanted to leave early. Hiring a shuttle bus to get my guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and then back after the wedding and the after party was one of the vendors I was most nervous about. I had heard horror stories from people. I am thrilled to say that Mark of Elegance exceeded my expectations in every way. They were on time with a beautiful shuttle-bus that was clean and had an experienced driver. The service I got from the office staff was also amazing. They made it easy and took care of everything so that there were no issues. I highly recommend them.
Mark of elegance was hands down the best choice for wedding transportation. Everyone on the staff was so lovely. The driver was very friendly and professional and the ride was smooth and safe. We got the 55 passengers bus and it was comfortable and impeccably clean. The admin staff was also very easy to work with, responsive, and made booking a breeze. They were also very helpful and accommodating when I need to make some changes to the original itinerary. Definitely a great vendor!
They understood super fast what we wanted, super efficient, easy to work with. And the most important they were there on time.
Our experience was stellar. Chris was our driver, he was prompt and on-time, which was my biggest thing since we had a pretty tight timeline. We had an Escalade limo- it was clean and fully stocked with refreshments. No complaints!
Our transportation was on time, went smoothly and we had zero problems with any of our transportation. I even panicked right before the wedding that we didn’t have enough buses and added another at the last minute and they were able to accommodate.
We only used the limo to go to the venue, but the ride was smooth. The driver got to my house on time, and when we arrived at the venue he helped us upstairs with our things.

From the initial introduction I had with Mark as well as the additional Staff within the office, I was treated with utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. I had originally only booked the Trolly through Mark of Elegance but decided last minute at one of the showcases that I wanted to add in the Rolls Royce. Unfortunately, at that time, there were none left. Mark saw how upset and disappointed I was and he went completely out of his way to give me the names of several other transportation companies on Long Island who might have availability. On my actual wedding day our wonderful Trolly driver arrived early and ready to help us celebrate the day! He had such positive energy and came prepared with umbrellas since it was raining and plenty of champagne!! |

Mark of Elegance treated us so well on our wedding day this weekend. They happened to have upgraded cars available last minute and offered the upgrade to us without hesitation. It was the kindest/coolest thing and they were so incredibly flexible with our changing plans throughout this process. This is a professional company. From the very first contact to the final confirmation we felt like we were dealing with people who understood how important their services were to our overall wedding weekend. Our Coach bus was comfortable and immaculate. The driver stayed in touch throughout the evening. And in a world of never ending expenses the price charged was more than fair.
