Introduction

My name is Stuart Allan and  I am a private chef with over 20 years of experience. My team and I travel all over Long Island and the Tri State Area. I specialize in intimate dinner parties and thrive on creating seasonal menus. I cook everything from scartch and gather only the best of the best ingredients. All organic all the time.

When guests feel the attention to detail of our service, they feel as though they are getting a 5 star dining experience right in their own home. Delicious food is an extension of that sentiment, and I am always happy to deliver. 

My current services are: Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Backyard Weddings, Lobster Bakes and BBQs, Corportate Events and Chef's Tasting Menus.

The Wedding Industry

I got into the wedding industry because of my wife, Janelle Brooke, who is a wedding photographer. It's pretty fun to show up to an event together :) I also work with a lot of brides who are planning their bachelorette party and want it to be something different. I love bringing different ideas to the table on what we can do and also creating a menu that everyone is excited about.

Chef Stuart hosted an amazing dinner for our bachlorette party. He had amazing apps, dinner and dessert. He brought absolutely everything needed, left us all remaining food and cleaned up. On top of that he was just a really nice guy! Amazing experience and highly recommend.

not only was the food AMAZING... service was phenomenal! we used this chef for a bachelorette party in the Hamptons and could not be more satisfied. Chef was extremely accommodating, helpful and easy going throughout the whole booking and planning process. Day of event was punctual and professional with a very good attitude. You can tell he loves his job and has such a passion for food. He cleaned the whole kitchen before cooking, was very sanitary, and cleaned up everything (dishes, garbage) before leaving. Would highly recommend for any dinner party and would hired again !

We celebrated my husband’s birthday by having Chef Stuart cook for us and 10 guests. The dinner was fantastic, the flavors were wonderful and the presentation was beautiful. We had an incredible evening all thanks to Stuart! We can’t wait for him to cook for us again!

Chef Stuart was absolutely amazing! Stuart cooked for us two nights in a row for a last minute small wedding weekend. The first night was a more casual grill night with delicious shrimp cocktail, tuna and salmon tartare to start. The second night was a great four course plated meal. Stuart was very open to our tweaks to the menus to make sure it was what we envisioned. Everything in the kitchen and grill was left cleaner than when he arrived. Stuart made sure both nights ran smoothly, every guest was extremely impressed.

Chef Stuart and Sergio are the best! We hosted a dinner to kick off my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect evening. Stuart and Sergio worked hard the entire night with great attention to detail…we did not have to lift a finger the entire evening and the food was absolutley delicious! Chef Stuart was absolutely AMAZING! He made the start of a bachelorette weekend one that my girlfriends and I will never forget! The food was incredible and the plating of it was even better. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was so pretty! He was so responsive to my questions and worked with me for the menu because one person had a food allergy. He came to the Airbnb we rented and he did his own thing! He brought all the pots, pans and plates required. All the food was cooked right in front of us and he cleaned up afterwards that you wouldn't even know he was there!
