At ITA Kitchen (stands for Italian American) we pride ourselves in giving our event holders not only incredible food but a wonderful experience, one to remember. We put deep thought when creating our catering menu for our guests. We also put the same thought process into the space. ITA is Trendy, Chic, and not what most envision an Italian restaurant to be. Our restaurant showcases a beautiful bar, floral decor throughout, white linen table cloths, and the perfect place to showcase your seating cards. The restaurant is also an open space concept which gives you the mobility to allow your guests to flow comfortably within the dining and bar areas. ITA hosts private events within our space and also outside catering options. For your Bridal Shower, Engagement Party, or Rehearsal Dinner you can have the space to yourselves on Saturday Afternoons. We also have Brunch Party Options with an option of a Chef Manned Omelette Station. A true showstopper for Private Events is our Antipasto/Charcuterie Boards beautifully presented as your guests walk in to your event. Want a cocktail hour feel instead? Host an open bar event at our Ptachogu and Bayshore locations, and our staff can walk around with passed hor deurves. Seeking something a little more formal? Choose our Sit-Down Meal Options. The opportunities are endless and we are always thinking outside of the box to give our hosts something new. The Owner & Chef, Salvatore Sorrentino, has been in the industry for many years starting out in his family chain of restaurants Matteo's & Andrea's 25. His concept of food is Italian American Fare.

This place is amazing. I recently held my mom’s retirement dinner party here and everyone had such a great time. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. The tent outside was set up beautifully with heat lamps so even though it started raining nothing was interrupted. It was a perfect place for the event and I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend ITA kitchen. The atmosphere is so beautiful, the food was incredible. That burrata was the best I've ever had. We absolutely loved Lia our waitress. She was so attentive, Kind, sweet and very accommodating. She made the experience so pleasant. I'm referring all my family and friends. You won't regret it. One of my favorite restaurants. All the staff was wonderful. Clean, neat, great place for birthdays anniversaries or a date. Even have drinks with friends.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! We recommend ITA to everyone who is looking to dine in Bay Shore. We love celebrating birthdays here in the greenhouses. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu but some of my favorites are the corrozza, meatballs and the cannoli crumb cake. The staff is also so nice and the decor here is just stunning. Highly recommend ITA for any occasion!
The greenhouses/igloos are so perfect for the winter. They are warm so you don't have to worry -- and you can play your own music inside as well. Food is always great. Love the mozzarella crowns on any dish. Great for groups.

ITA Kitchen's food is delish. They have a gate on the side of the building that leads you to their outdoor tent, which they decorated with string lights, hanging flowers, heaters, and speakers for music. It’s really beautifully done. Their food and drink is outstanding. The owner, Christina, is a doll. The manager, Ryan, such a sweet man. And waiters and waitresses all so pleasant and happy. Christina was also SUPER flexible with my uncertainty about which drinks to include, and did exactly as we requested regarding a cake table, table for seating cards, setting up all of the centerpieces I enough, everything. They included votives on the tables and charger plates at no additional charge. Their charges were incredibly reasonable as well. Just fantastic. I actually want to remain in touch with the people there, and go back. That’s how much I love this place.
I.T.A. Kitchen in Bay Shore was so great to work with. We did 1/2 trays of everything and still had some left over. “Chefs Kiss” approval all around.
