We are an authorized retailer of all of the designers and collections featured in our salon as well as on our website. All of our dresses are 100% original, ordered from the actual designer.
How do I ensure every dress comes from the same dye lot?
Our sales consultants will make sure to order all of the bridesmaids dresses together as one order to ensure the dye lot will be the same. This does not mean all your bridesmaids have to order at the same time, it is our job to make sure they are ordered together.
When your bridesmaids place their orders online, please have them each write "Jane Doe wedding 1 of 6" for example, in the comments section of the order form. We will keep all orders together, and place it as one with the designer. Try to have all bridesmaids order within a few days of each-other, so we don't have to track down stragglers.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Normally it takes 10-16 weeks for delivery from the designer to our location but delivery is dependent on the manufacturer's schedule. You should plan on ordering a minimum of 16 weeks prior to the wedding for comfort and ease. Manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates since their production can vary. Please make sure that you write in the exact “wear date” so that we can make sure you will get your dress in time. We guarantee that you will receive the dress in time for the wear date you specify. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date except for the wear date. For overseas orders please allow an additional 6-10 business days for delivery.
What is a Rush order?
Most of our designers offer a Rush service for orders, which can cut delivery time by approximately 4 weeks.
Delivery for Rush orders is approximate and is dependent on the manufacturer's schedule. The fee for the Rush service is dependent on the designer and will display on the order form and added to your total price. Rush service is not available for all designers.
When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. Note that designers periodically discontinue their styles without advance notice so if you love a dress don't wait.
We strongly recommend that all orders are places 6-8 months prior to the wedding.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that you will receive the dress that you order, in the size and colors that you order, by the date you specify - otherwise all sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Bridesmaid dresses are semi custom-made. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds except for errors on our part. In addition, our designers are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles.
How can I try-on or see the gowns before I order?
You will need to visit our boutique in Bethpage where we have thousands of dresses to try on. Please note that we may not have all of the dresses pictured online in our salon. The boutique is by appointment only.
How do I pay?
The payment for your order is due in full at the time of purchase.
We cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, our vendors are unable to make any changes or modifications relative to style, size, color, or specific length on an order.
How do I decide what size to order?
Our experienced sales consultants will measure you in the salon to help guide you and help choose the proper size for you. There is always someone available to speak with you if you would like assistance in choosing a size. We are always a phone call away!
Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Most gowns do not have enough material to be let out. Gowns can generally be only taken in.
Please choose your size carefully. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order special length. We cannot assume any responsibility for measurements provided to us.
What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. We will send out an e-mail notifying you if payment is declined – you will need to either re-order, or make arrangements for a different payment method.
Why can't I get an exact shipping date instead of an estimated shipping date?
Manufacturers do not guarantee their ship dates since their production can vary. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Manufacturers provide retailers with an estimated shipping date, which we in turn provide to our customers. We will not process your order if we cannot guarantee shipping in time for the wedding date (“Wear Date”).
Do you ship outside the U.S. ?
We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office Priority International Mail or UPS. Delivery time is 6 to 10 Business Days from the time we ship. We are not responsible for any failure of delivery by other countries mail systems or for any international taxes.
How long is shipping from your location to me?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 3 - 6 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery can take 6 – 10 business days for delivery. This may vary according to the United States Post Office's schedule. Note delivery may run faster than these time frames.
Can I have a picture of the gown?
The available pictures are as posted on our website. We do not have additional pictures to send out to customers.

Yes we do! We have approximately 50 plus size samples in the salon to try on. All dresses are available for order in plus sizes.
Can I get my alterations at the store?
