I specialize in leading fashion week shows on set styling for brand campaigns and color transformations. These niche jobs require attention to detail, trust, and planning, just as bridal does. As I trained my eye and cultivated my clientele I was their go to for special occasion on site styling, invited to their home, or hotel rooms. Here I would be introduced to their friends and family and it gave me the opportunity to set the tone for a really empowering day of making a group of people feel their absolute best, I really love that feeling.

Company History
I have specialized in bridal for the past decade and began working for Moroccanoil eight years ago. I style hair for our brand campaigns, lead sales presentations, host lives and fascilitate classes to educate consumers and fellow hairstylists on healthy attainable luxurious hair. I have styled for New York fashion week for the past decade and worked with iconic brands such as The Blonds, Oscar de la Renta and Marchesa. Two years ago I became lead hair stylist for Galia Lahav Bridal fashion week. I love the entire bridal industry and the delicacy and behind the scenes of making the dressed, ordering the flowers, its truly a production. If I can serve as a bridge to help my clients enjoy their day better or get an inside tip on whats hot for next season I love to pass that on and help women enjoy the biggest day of their life with ease knowing their day starts with me!

How do you handle bridezillas?!
I think energy exchange is REAL. What we put out into the world we recieve, so I dont get bridezillas. I do how ever get brides that know exactly what they want, to a "T" and I respect and love that so much! I'm a VIRGO so I get it, my lists have lists!!! I love to cater to these brides because they love preperation and theres so much beauty in the journey to the actual day! I also DO love a bride that really respects my opinion on matters, and understands my POV is professional, realistic and unbiased.
How do you handle the pressure of styling bridal parties?
I really take it as such an honor to be sough after in my industry. I respect my trade the years I put in to hone my craft and being invited to play an intimate role of someones biggest day! I keep the mood uplifted, time steady and vision clear.
Personal Hobbies
When I am not working you can find me with my dogs Pupperoni Peetza & Charles Barkley spending time with my family. Personally I enjoy cooking. I relate it alot to hair, textures and mixtures its such a science and once you know the rules you can break them so you know the kitchen is a production too. I pretend Gordon Ramsey is in the corner just judging me the entire time. I also enjoy taking care of myself, I do beleive in making the best of every day giving myself a challenge to push through. I love fashion and staying up to date with trends. No time for dress rehersals, especially not in NY!!!

Stephalina did my hair, all my bridesmaids, my mom, and my MIL's hair for my wedding day and every single one of us were so happy with our hair! Everyone looked beautiful and we all had such different styles! My hair stayed perfectly in place ALL NIGHT! (Literally until 3am when I finally took it out!). She was super accommodating and let me do a 2nd trial when I changed my mind about what I wanted done! Definitely recommend Stephalina for your wedding hair!
Steph was absolutely amazing to have for my wedding day. Not only was Steph able to make time for me so last minute on her schedule, she set the tone for my day. I absolutely LOVED my hair. She did EXACTLY what I showed her pictures of. She was calm, cool, and collected while doing it and in return, calmed my own nerves.
I hired her to do my hair for my wedding, along with the bridesmaids and we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone came out so beautiful. She is professional, efficient, and she listens to exactly how you would envision your look.
