Introduction

Hey BOLI Couples!  I am Joseph Mondello, otherwise known as "DJ ELLO."  I opened up Ello Entertainment over 15+ years ago servicing all of Long Island and New York Regions. I just crossed over the Big 40 but began my DJ Career at the age of 15 in the NY club scene, having the priveledge to DJ at some of NYC top clubs such as Limelight and Tunnel. Originally known for my expertise in House and dance music, I transitioned into being a well versed Open Format / Hip Hop DJ. I am extremely well versed in any and all styles of Music Genres. From Top 40 Dance, Pop, Mashup, House, Hip Hop, Reggae, Reggeaton, Latin, Rock, Country, Disco, Classics and more.

A interesting fact not many people in the industry know, is that I had the opportunity to open for Diplo, Sean Paul and J Balvin at the Empire Festival in Guatmela in 2019. In 2023 I was invited back and opened for Nicky Romero, Alan Walker and some of the hottest DJs out today. Check my IG handle @DJElloOfficial.  

My couples dont just book me for my upbeat energy in music and packed out dancefloors I create at each event, but also because my professionalism and calm demeanor. Djing is beyond just a job to me, its my passion. I love looking out onto a dancefloor, with my Bride and Groom smiling ear to ear, and everyone is just in the moment letting loose with thier best dance moves!

Specialization

I will tell you what I Dont Specialize in...... Boring Weddings!  If you want the same radio edit songs that every other DJ can play im NOT your best choice.   What Ello Entertainment does specialize in is Packing out dancelfoors and spinning your favorite songs with the selection you personallly choose with unique remixes and edits designed to constantly have the energy flowing in your Wedding.  I work Weddings Friday-Sunday and Monday-Thursday I literally sift through the newest hottest tracks and remixes in the industry.  I can assure you that my music Library is one of a kind!

Having Joey and Ello Entertainment for our wedding was exactly what our day needed. Not only are Joey and his staff professional, thorough, and organized, but he definitely knows how to read a crowd. Our guests were dancing all night long! He somehow played every song we could have wanted to hear and kept us on our feet guessing what song would be next.
