Amazing service, Jody was with me when I bought my dress. She put me in a dress I had tried on previously elsewhere. When I was nervous about the work that needed to be done she ran across the street and grabbed Zizi, their in house seamstress. They made me feel comfortable in my decision and Zizi ended up killing my alterations. I loved my experience here and I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment.

Emily helped me pick out my dream dress, and Zizi did my beautiful alterations and bustle. The Massapequa location has a very kind staff, and the appointments were always a breeze.

My experience with Bridal Reflections was amazing! Everyone is so lovely to work with. The dress I chose was coincidentally part of a Pronovias trunk show that was only happening that weekend. Finding a dress was tough for me because I really did not like anything I was putting on. Once I put on the dress, I knew it was the one. And with it only being there that weekend for the trunk show, that was enough assurance for me to know it was meant to be!

Joe was amazing, attentive and really listened to what I wanted in a dress, but also brought me a bit out of my comfort zone. He was so kind! My fittings all went well with them, too.

I was assisted by Nicole & everytime I went back after that, I made sure to request her. The entire team there is amazing and they have a great selection. I also got my alterations done there which was perfect. It fits like a glove! If you’re looking into Bridal Reflections, absolutely consider the Carle Place location.

The dress selection is magnificent. They are so careful and supportive of your bridal vision and will make it come to life. Ask for Jody for your try on. The tailor, Zizi is a legitimate magician and will work wonders on any and all dresses.

I found my dream dress here after just looking at 1 store prior. They had a cathedral veil, crown, and garter that matched the dress perfectly! When it came down to alterations, Zizi was amazing and listened to every concern I had, and always made me feel comfortable! Zizi even offered to come to my house for the day of the wedding! She was able to fix all of my bridesmaid dresses that needed more altering. Zizi is the absolute best!

Bridal Reflections (Massapequa location) was the only place I went to to look for dresses and the dress I chose was the 5th dress I tried on. The second I tried on my dress I knew that was the one! Joe helped me try on dresses and he listened to everything I was looking for. All of the alterations are done in house which was nice because I didn’t have to worry about finding someone on my own.

Everyone at this salon was incredibly helpful from picking out the dress to alterations. If you can request Zizi for alterations. She tailored my dress to fit me like an absolute GLOVE. I found my dream dress and it was seriously the TALK of the night.

The girls there are angels. They looked for discounts, made great suggestions, and took care of my girls. My bridesmaids wore Jenny Yoo and picked their own styles. My mom got a stunning gown. The girls hyped her up and helped her customize it.

I had an amazing experience in trying on and buying a gown here! I worked with Joe who was phenomenal, couldn't have loved him more. I showed him some pics of what I wanted and he picked 6 gorgeous gowns that all matched my style. He also was helpful in helping me decide between my top 2 picks down to minor details, which I was appreciative of. I felt like he knew me so quickly. He was super helpful with helping me into dresses, and pinning them, etc. The price of my gown fell perfectly in my budget, I was given a packet of info for step by step how the process goes when I recieve my gown, when to expect my gown to come in, etc. I also had an appt with my MOH beforehand to try on BM dresses, and the consultant we had was also kind and very helpful. The BM dresses are on the pricey side, but in line with what you'd pay in a salon vs a website for BM Dresses. Overall, a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend Bridal Reflections!!

This bridal shop is AMAZING. I tried a few places before this, and this place is by far the best. I bought my wedding dress here, my mom bought her MOB dress here, and my bridesmaids got their dresses here. We all had a great experience! I didn't know exactly what I wanted at first for my dress, but they helped me find my dream dress! Every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and helpful. They have the best dress selection I've ever seen. They also do alterations on site. Do yourself a favor and go here!

Rachna was my consultant. I went in knowing my price range and that I wanted an open back, A-Line dress. I ended up purchasing the first dress Rachna selected for me, Sasha by Maggie Sottero, as it checked all of my boxes. My seamstress for alterations was Leia. She did a wonderful job! I felt like a princess on my wedding day!

Danielle is AMAZING!! I went in for my first appointment thinking the dress I wanted didn’t exist or would be out of my budget! My family and friend fell in love with a dress at the first Appt and I couldn’t get it out my head. When I finally went back she pulled the same dress and I showed her my inspiration pictures one more time. And when I said she went above and beyond to deliver! SHE DELIVERED!! From the dress, to the over skirt, to the veil! I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life! Danielle, thank you for making my dream come true!
