My future husband had a big “surprise” for our 3 year anniversary. He took me out to lunch, then drove us to Republic Airport in Farmingdale. From there, we went on a 45 minute helicopter ride tour of Long Island. Then the helicopter landed at the Milleridge Inn in Jericho. When we were starting to land I saw a big group of both our friends and family waiting for us. It was then I realized what was happening and started to cry. When we landed, he went down on one knee. We were then greeted by Newsday, News12 and our friends and family. The evening continued with what basically was an engagement party:)
